Senior Product Manager - Financial Crime (Anti Money Laundering/Transaction Monitoring)

📋 Description

• Own the Transaction Monitoring product across fiat, crypto, and card rails.
• Translate AML/regulatory requirements into clear product specs.
• Define rules, scenarios, risk typologies, and AI model thresholds.
• Reduce false positives and improve operational scalability.
• Partner with First/Second line teams, Data Science and Engineering.
• Align with Financial Crime Intelligence goals and company strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Product Manager in fintech/payments.
• 2+ years in AML/Transaction Monitoring.
• Experience with crypto monitoring (stablecoins) or VASP compliance.
• Proficient with blockchain analytics tools: Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic.
• Familiar with travel rule tools: Notabene, Sumsub.
• Led vendor evaluations, integrations and SLAs.
• Strong analytical skills and system design experience.
• Able to influence across functions and geographies.
