📋 Description

• Own end-to-end KYC/KYB lifecycle for clients.
• Balance onboarding risk with growth and customer experience.
• Define KYC/KYB strategy aligned with product goals.
• Translate strategy into an actionable KYC/KYB roadmap.
• Manage jurisdiction-specific onboarding and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Data and Engineering on risk and data models.

🎯 Requirements

• Fintech/payments or regulated financial services experience.
• 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager.
• 2+ years on KYC/KYB or onboarding products.
• Strong knowledge of CDD/EDD, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with risk scoring, workflows, data enrichment, and integrations.
• Analytical thinker with cross-functional influence.
