Senior Product Manager - Financial Crime (KYC/KYB)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end KYC/KYB lifecycle for clients (individuals, SMEs, complex structures).
• Define the KYC/KYB strategy and translate into an actionable roadmap.
• Manage jurisdiction-specific onboarding and regulatory requirements.
• Design and drive improvements in KYC/KYB journeys, risk rating, and reviews.
• Partner with compliance and operations to ensure controls are effective and audit-ready.
• Collaborate with Data/Engineering on risk scoring, data enrichment, and workflow systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager.
• 2+ years working on KYC / KYB or onboarding products.
• Strong understanding of CDD, EDD, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with risk scoring, data enrichment, and third-party integrations.
• Analytical thinking and ability to influence across functions and geographies.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
