Senior Product Manager - Financial Crime (KYC/KYB)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end KYC/KYB lifecycle for clients in FinCrime Intelligence.
• Define strategy and roadmap for KYC/KYB, aligning with product goals and company direction.
• Balance onboarding experience with risk and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Improve KYC/KYB journeys, risk rating frameworks, and due diligence processes.
• Collaborate with first/second line, operations, and data/engineering to ensure effective controls
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear product requirements and drive execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Product Manager, with 2+ years in KYC/KYB or onboarding products.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated financial services.
• Strong understanding of CDD, EDD, customer verification, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with risk scoring systems, case management, data enrichment, and third-party
• Analytical thinker with ability to influence across functions and geographies.
• (Nice to have) Engineering/technical degree or related field.
