📋 Description

• Own the Name Screening and Payment Screening product across onboarding, monitoring, and transactions.
• Define strategy and roadmap aligned with Financial Crime Intelligence goals.
• Optimize list sources for sanctions, PEP and adverse media across frameworks.
• Use data to identify pain points and improve fuzziness scores.
• Leverage AI to improve screening precision, including risk-based matching and alert scoring.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science on vendor integrations; London hybrid setup.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Product Manager.
• 2+ years working on Screening products.
• Strong knowledge of sanctions, watchlists and matching logic.
• Experience with third-party screening vendors in regulated finance.
• Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance.
• Analytical thinker; able to influence across functions and geographies.
