📋 Description

• Own Name Screening & Payment Screening across onboarding and transactions.
• Define strategy for area aligned with domain goals.
• Roadmap across fiat-to-fiat, fiat-to-crypto, crypto-to-crypto, and card spends.
• Optimize sources for sanctions, PEP, and adverse media.
• Use data to identify pain points and improve fuzziness scores.
• Leverage AI for risk-based matching, alert scoring and deduplication.

🎯 Requirements

• Fintech/crypto/payments or regulated financial services.
• 4+ years' experience as Product Manager.
• 2+ years on screening products.
• Knowledge of name screening, sanctions, watchlists, thresholds.
• Experience with third-party screening vendors and integrations.
• Analytical thinking and system design discussions.
