(Senior) Product Manager - Financial Crime (Name & Payment Screening)

📋 Description

• Own Name Screening and Payment Screening across onboarding, monitoring, and transactions.
• Define strategy for area aligned with Financial Crime Intelligence goals.
• Roadmap for fiat-to-fiat, fiat-to-crypto, crypto-to-crypto, and card spends.
• Optimize sanctions, PEP and adverse media list sources across frameworks.
• Use data to identify pain points and improve fuzziness scores.
• Leverage AI to improve screening precision, including risk-based matching and alert scoring.

🎯 Requirements

• FinTech, crypto, payments, regulated financial services experience.
• 4+ years Product Manager experience.
• 2+ years working on Screening products.
• Strong knowledge of name and payment screening, sanctions, watchlists.
• Experience with third-party screening vendors in regulated financial services.
• Analytical, cross-functional influencer; nice-to-have Eng degree or B2B/B2C exp.
