• Lead fintech product development and scale the financial infra.

🎯 Requirements

• AI-native with fluency in AI tools to speed discovery.
• 5–8 years of product management in payments/fintech SaaS.
• Technical fluency in payments: PayFac, tokenization, ACH, disputes, compliance.
• Experience in PayFac, payment processor, or fintech infra.
• Commercial instinct: tie decisions to revenue, margins, outcomes.
• Risk-aware, balancing reliability with speed and growth.
• Systems thinker who maps multiple products into a roadmap.
• Cross-functional influence with Eng, Risk/Compliance, Finance, CX.
