Senior Product Manager, Fraud and Compliance

📋 Description

• Own credit risk assessment and reserve management; evolve models.
• Oversee fraud detection, prevention and onboarding compliance.
• Develop automated risk systems; move from rules to AI.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Legal, and Engineering.
• Report to the Director of Product; lead with async workflows.
• Build scalable, platform-oriented risk and compliance systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code.
• AI fluency; strong view on automation in risk ops.
• Seasoned Product Manager with platform, API, or ops product experience.
• Platform mindset; build extensible systems that scale.
• Great UX sensibilities; balance admin and customer experiences.
• Outstanding communication and async collaboration; data-driven.
