🎯 Requirements

8+ years building high-scale platforms in fast growing tech or fintech environments.
2+ years of experience in FX and/or cash management is a must.
Track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high autonomy and ownership.
Customer centric: ability to translate technical complexity back to customer impact.
Strong product instincts, data-based decision mindset, and highly focused on business impact.
