Senior Product Manager - General Contractors

📋 Description

• Own product ownership for central areas of the GC product.
• Identify opportunities in the GC workflow: new user groups or tendering steps.
• Build end-to-end B2B SaaS functionality with design and engineering.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop hypotheses, prototype experiments, and scale success with design.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success for go-to-market of new features.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years PM experience in a B2B SaaS environment with complex workflows.
• Proven experience discovering new opportunities: new user groups or steps.
• Strong analytical skills; translate complex problems into pragmatic solutions.
• Experience using AI tools (LLM-based assistants, MCPs, no-code prototyping).
• Experience with roadmaps, user stories, and full product lifecycle.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
