• Lead the category's strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle.
• Turn consumer insights into category choices to drive growth.
• Partner with Innovation to evaluate big-bet opportunities for the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years PM experience, preferably in CPG, pet care, or manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading product innovation and category growth.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and project management.
• Lived experience as a dog owner (past or present).
