• Write specifications engineers can build from, with edge cases covered.
• Take features from idea to launch, collaborating with design and engineering.
• Track product health: conversion, average gift size, error rates; diagnose drivers.
• Prepare CSMs and Sales for launches; keep stakeholders aligned.
