Senior Product Manager, Grant (Cash Advance)

📋 Description

• Drive Grant growth end-to-end: acquisition, underwriting, funding, disbursement, repayment, and re-engagement with clear metrics.
• Partner with data science and engineering on ML underwriting models, collection strategies, and multi-rail payment flows.
• Independently pull and interrogate data: write queries, build cohorts, validate results, and escalate for deeper analysis.
• Define what "good" looks like for metrics; reason from first principles and compare with benchmarks.
• Surface new growth by segmenting users, decomposing funnels, and quantifying opportunities before pitching.
• Design and run rigorous experimentation: form hypotheses, size impact, set up A/B tests, and interpret results.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in SQL and comfortable in the analytics stack.
• Able to derive targets from first principles and external benchmarks.
• Track record of growth via segmentation and funnel analysis.
• Proven experimentation: design and interpret A/B tests with statistics.
• 4+ years building digital consumer products; fintech/lending experience preferred.
• Data-driven; pull data yourself and translate findings into action.
