📋 Description

• Own growth for self-serve onboarding and first reward
• Define the growth roadmap and staff the squad
• Build testing systems to ship quickly
• Coordinate with Marketing and RevOps on campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years shipping web products in growth roles
• Ability to instrument funnels and build landing pages
• Strong conversion/copy judgment and test decisioning
• Excellent written communication; documentation-first mindset
• Experience with programmatic SEO or AI-powered referrals is a plus
• Comfortable working in a blank-slate team and guiding roadmap
