Senior Product Manager, Growth Marketing Platform

📋 Description

• Own the growth marketing platform vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Translate marketer needs into platform capabilities (segmentation, journeys, personalization).
• Partner with Eng/ML to ship AI-powered features with guardrails.
• Define KPIs for marketing ROI, analytics, data quality, and testing frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional work across Marketing, Eng, DS/ML, Design, Privacy/Legal, Finance.
• Drive adoption via docs, enablement, and training for a unified platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience delivering platform/MarTech/CRM/growth products end-to-end.
• Proven track record defining strategy and roadmaps; launching cross-functional products with Eng/DS/ML.
• Data-driven decision making with experimentation (A/B) and SQL/product analytics tools.
• Experience partnering with Marketing to build tools that improve campaigns, workflows, and measurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; align senior stakeholders with PRDs, strategy docs, roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Statistics/Economics or equivalent.
