Senior Product Manager, Growth Marketing Platform

📋 Description

• Own the product vision/roadmap for growth marketing platform.
• Deliver audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization.
• Partner with Engineering/ML to ship AI-powered features and guardrails.
• Define KPIs for marketing ROI; ensure analytics data quality.
• Lead cross-functional work across Marketing, DS/ML, Eng, Design, Legal, Finance.
• Drive adoption via docs, enablement, and training for marketers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience delivering platform or MarTech/CRM growth products.
• Proven strategy, roadmaps, and launches for complex products.
• Data-driven decisions with experimentation (A/B) and SQL.
• Experience partnering with Marketing to improve campaigns and workflows.
• Strong written/verbal communication; align with executives.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Statistics/Economics or equivalent.
