Senior Product Manager, Growth (Remote US)

📋 Description

• Own the INSTRUMENT growth funnel end-to-end: acquisition and onboarding.
• Lead experiments on pricing, onboarding, messaging, and flows using data.
• Partner with design to shape flows from concept to shipped experience.
• Drive delivery with engineering: specs, sprints, progress tracking.
• Track performance with analytics and instrumentation; data-driven prioritization.
• Identify funnel gaps and propose hypotheses for testing and shipping.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management, preferably in B2C SaaS subscriptions.
• Proven growth, lifecycle, and funnel optimization with measurable impact.
• Deep understanding of experimentation, analytics, metrics-driven decisions.
• Strong product sense balancing UX, constraints, and outcomes.
• Solid understanding of subscription economics and hybrid pricing.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
