📋 Description

• Lead vision and roadmap for health system data sharing platforms.
• Build data platforms, dashboards, and AI analytics for clinical use.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science and design on PRDs and flows.
• Create products turning genomic and clinical data into insights.
• Drive interoperability with HL7 FHIR and EMR integration.
• Travel up to 20 percent.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building enterprise data platforms or healthcare data products
• Deep knowledge of HL7 FHIR and healthcare interoperability
• Experience integrating with EMR platforms like Epic or Oracle Health
• 10 plus years in enterprise software or healthcare data product management
• Excellent collaboration with clinicians and engineers
• Strong SQL and analytics to guide product decisions
