📋 Description

• Spearhead product strategy and execution for Upgrade's Home Improvement business, owning critical
• Lead end-to-end product initiatives from concept through delivery and post-launch optimization
• Drive partner integrations and unlock new monetization opportunities through APIs with external
• Partner closely with Engineering, Risk, and Compliance, leveraging their expertise to shape the
• Identify market opportunities, analyze the competitive landscape, and propose innovative solutions
• Translate customer insights, business goals, and market trends into prioritized product

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in driving KPIs through
• Technical proficiency including experience with financial services APIs, integration architectures
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree a plus
• Proven track record of successful product delivery in consumer finance, lending platforms, or
• Strong understanding of lending regulations, underwriting processes, and credit risk principles
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to align diverse teams and navigate complex
