Senior Product Manager II - Fraud & Identity

📋 Description

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for fraud and identity/authentication across the
• Prioritize and sequence the joint fraud + identity roadmap, weighing input across teams
• Work directly with engineers on scoring logic and rules, reading schemas and evaluating signals
• Turn analysis into decisions that ship, with clear recommendations in decision docs
• Act as incident commander for fraud incidents, coordinating engineering, Client Ops, GRC, Treasury
• Define and instrument fraud and identity health metrics spanning detection accuracy, authentication

🎯 Requirements

• Owned a fraud, risk, or identity product surface at a payments, fintech, or marketplace company
• Real fluency in detection tradeoffs: precision vs. recall, cost of false positives, friction budget
• Comfort working directly with engineers on scoring logic and schemas
• Experience running or co-running incident response
• AI fluency/demonstrated experience working with or building with AI
• Track record of decision docs that got decided and turned into shipped work
