Senior Product Manager II (Growth)

📋 Description

• Define product vision and strategy, identifying opportunities that align with company objectives
• Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and gather customer feedback to inform product
• Develop, prioritize, and test product hypotheses and initiatives based on customer impact, business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Strategy
• Partner with go-to-market teams to refine product positioning, pricing, and risk management
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product roadmap development

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives from concept to launch, particularly
• Experience with growth stack tools (i.e. Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly) and
• Expertise in agile development, product strategy, product lifecycle management, and user experience
• Demonstrated ability to align teams around a strategic vision and execute effectively
