Senior Product Manager – JetBrains Air (Agentic Development in IDEs)

📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of key parts of Air in JetBrains IDEs, driving work from problem framing
• Define and refine core agentic workflows, including task delegation, session monitoring, steering
• Model complex user flows, system states, permissions, and integration schemes to guide engineering
• Maintain a transparent roadmap that balances quick improvements with long-term strategic
• Define telemetry, design experiments, analyze product data, and make evidence-based roadmap
• Study how developers interact with leading AI agents and tools to inform product priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience shipping end-user products as a product manager or in a similar role.
• Strong technical grounding in software development workflows, including IDEs, git, code review
• A hands-on technical background sufficient to collaborate closely with software and ML engineers.
• An understanding of core AI and agent concepts, including tool use, protocols (MCP/ACP), context
• The ability to write SQL or Python to analyze product metrics and experiment results independently.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
