Senior Product Manager, Jobs Platform

📋 Description

• Own Jobs Platform end-to-end; scale AI/services across core/edge and cloud.
• Power Roblox's AI future; enable frontier models with scheduling guarantees.
• Evolve core: prioritize, isolate, preempt workloads across global control plane.
• Improve developer experience with integrated tooling and real-time fleet signals.
• Architect predictive scaling; multi-cloud bursting and AI-driven resource optimization.
• Own trade-offs across efficiency, latency, cost-to-ship and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years PM in resource orchestration or large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven track record building developer-facing platforms with strong SDLC and tooling.
• Built/operated Kubernetes and service mesh; shipped Operators, Controllers, CRDs.
• Familiarity with GPU/accelerator architecture and complex scheduling.
• AI model development, training, inference background.
• Experience building workload management platforms in AWS, GCP, Azure or other clouds (preferred).
