Senior Product Manager (Licensing & Billing)

📋 Description

• Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for Licensing & Billing in partnership
• Prioritize foundational investments based on revenue integrity, enterprise needs, data correctness
• Lead discovery with enterprise customers, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps to
• Own the license server and entitlement model: issuance, renewal, and validation across Cloud
• Introduce "account" as a first-class product primitive and expose it as the API contract for
• Productize the deal-to-entitlement flow so a closed deal in Salesforce creates or updates

🎯 Requirements

• Billing or licensing product experience: 6+ years in Product, with substantial part owning billing
• Shipped through Finance and RevOps: driven cross-functional systems change where Finance, Sales
• Systems and data-model depth: design or critique an entity model, reason about reconciliation and
• Attention to detail: knows that if billing data is wrong, everything built on it inherits the
