Senior Product Manager, Logs - Observability

📋 Description

• Join the Elastic Observability PM team for logs and analytics.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Build features for modern SRE, incl GenAI/Agentic workflows and SLO/SLI tracking.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design to deliver monitoring experiences.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing on GTM messaging and adoption.
• Track user engagement to inform product evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 3+ years in product management or related area
• Technical experience in logs analytics
• Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge
• Translate abstract problems into prioritized solutions
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
• Passion for industry trends and competitive landscape
