Senior Product Manager, Market Expansion – Merchant Central

📋 Description

• Own the international expansion roadmap for Merchant Central; Canada first, then UK/EU.
• Lead end-to-end processor integrations; partner with Engineering on API specs and flows.
• Research market requirements per geography: local methods, currency, language, data residency.
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and bug reports; own delivery.
• Manage backlog: groom, prioritize, and sequence work with clear scope.
• Define go-to-market for each market launch: positioning and enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management; 3+ years in payments/fintech/B2B SaaS
• Experience taking a product into a new market or geography
• Hands-on product owner: write user stories, acceptance criteria, Jira backlog
• Strong payment localization knowledge: methods, integrations, currency, compliance
• GTM instincts: launched or supported market launches; enable sales
• Data-driven; comfortable with ambiguity; define success metrics early
