Senior Product Manager, Marketing Enablement

📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap across the promotions and offers framework, in-app messaging and content
• Partner with Marketing to translate campaigns and offer concepts into product capabilities we can
• Design the mechanics of new offer types (referral rewards, rate boosts, investing rewards, promo
• Expand our customer messaging capabilities, including in-app cards and placements, segmentation and
• Improve end-to-end marketing measurement, from ad platform events and site/app instrumentation
• Build internal tooling that lets marketers create and manage in-app content and segmented offers

🎯 Requirements

• Product management experience in fintech, consumer technology, or another domain where marketing
• Experience building martech, CRM/lifecycle, promotions, growth, or internal platform products
• A track record of building self-serve tooling and shared capabilities for partner teams, and
• Strong analytical and data-informed decision-making skills, comfortable with funnel analysis
• Proven success serving internal customers such as Marketing while holding a high bar for the end
• Enough technical depth to work with engineers on event data, third-party integrations, and system
