Senior Product Manager – Marketplace (100% Remote within Poland)

📋 Description

• Own the Doctor Success strategy and outcomes
• Co-own core metrics: retention, churn, zero-booking doctors
• Partner with CS and Patient Marketing from onboarding to renewal
• Design differentiated success journeys for segments
• Own ranking, relevance, and visibility across marketplace
• Own paid visibility products roadmap and ROI

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience building digital consumer or marketplace products
• User-centric thinking with strong business-outcome focus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Cross-functional with Engineering, Design, and Data teams
• Data-driven; fluent in SQL; comfortable with large datasets
• Understanding two-sided marketplaces and AI-native product mindset
