Senior Product Manager – Marketplace (100% Remote within Spain)

📋 Description

• Own Doctor Success strategy and metrics (retention, churn, zero-booking).
• Partner with CS and Patient Marketing to onboard and renew doctors.
• Design differentiated success journeys for segments and maturity levels.
• Own ranking, relevance, and visibility logic across marketplace search.
• Own paid visibility products roadmap (First Class, Media360) and ROI clarity.
• Data-driven and AI-native: SQL, AI tools, dashboards, experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• Core Product Management experience; 5+ years building digital consumer or marketplace products.
• Strong product thinking with user-centric mindset and commercial instinct.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; cross-functional with Eng, Design, Data.
• Fluent with SQL; analyze large datasets; translate business logic into ranking.
• Deep understanding of customer economics (churn, retention, ARPU, LTV).
• Marketplace and AI mindset: two-sided dynamics; hands-on AI tools; move quickly from research to execution.
