Senior Product Manager - Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own marketplace dynamics between General contractors and Subcontractors.
• Balance supply and demand; build liquidity on both sides.
• Own search, matching and recommendation mechanisms for Subcontractors and projects.
• Analyze marketplace metrics and translate into hypotheses and priorities.
• Identify AI use cases for matching and recommendations with designers/engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management in multi-sided marketplaces.
• Experience balancing supply and demand and conflicting interests.
• Experience with search or matching algorithms or ranking/recommendation logic.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of liquidity, conversion, and network effects.
• Experience using AI tools like LLM-based assistants and no-code prototyping.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
