🎯 Requirements

8+ years of product management experience
Experience with case management and customer intake channels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience writing detailed user stories and backlog management
Experience with data modeling (ERDs) and Lucidchart
Bachelor’s degree; EST-based; work authorization USA/Canada
