🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years product management; EST region; authorized to work in USA/Canada
• Case management & customer service intake experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Design, product development, and strategic planning
• Roadmapping from customer/market requirements; writing user stories backlog
• Data modeling (ERDs) and Lucidchart
