Senior Product Manager, ML Modeling & Platform

📋 Description

• Own roadmap for Klaviyo's ML models and the platform.
• Define model quality, evaluation frameworks, and customer impact.
• Own ML Platform roadmap: DART/Ray infra, MLflow, model serving, Prefect.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to ship production models.
• Embedded with engineering in Palo Alto; speak ml language for credibility.
• Ensure platform reliability, observability, and cost efficiency at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience in ML/AI or data platform products.
• Knowledge of ML systems: training pipelines, model serving, experiment tracking.
• Translate platform gains into customer and business outcomes.
• Comfort being the sole PM in a highly technical room.
• Think in systems: quality, latency, cost, developer velocity.
• Balance build-vs-buy and long-term vs short-term needs.
