• Own and drive execution of Money Flows product area from why to how.
• Align with the long-term vision balancing features, debt, and experiments.
• Present market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Own the product backlog and achieve defined success metrics.
• Translate regulatory changes into money flows; engineering is a key stakeholder.
• Be fluent in SWIFT, EFTs, ACH APIs; understand payment flows.

🎯 Requirements

• Combines tech product leadership with domain expertise from banking/finance.
• 3–5 years consulting in Accenture or Big4 on financial services/payments.
• 2+ years in Fintech or banking focusing on payment chains.
• 2+ years in product management launching and scaling fintech products.
• Strong analytical skills to distill problems into parts.
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments.
