🎯 Requirements

• Technical product leadership with deep domain expertise.
• Consulting: 3-5 yrs in Accenture/Big4 in FS/payments.
• Banking/FS: 2+ yrs in Fintech or payments domain.
• Product management: 2+ yrs launching/scaling fintech products.
• Strong analytical skills; distill problems into parts.
• Experience in high-growth or scale environments.
