Senior Product Manager - Onboarding

📋 Description

• Own the KYC layer of Mollie's onboarding journeys.
• Ship compliant, locally adapted KYC flows for US, Canada, Australia, NZ.
• Manage 10+ identity verification and compliance vendors.
• Drive a structured experimentation program across desktop, mobile web, and app.
• Collaborate with Eng, Design, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Commercial.
• Onboarding workstream contributions to GC integration.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with KYC/KYB/identity verification or regulated onboarding.
• Track record of owning conversion funnels and shipping iterative improvements.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships with commercial accountability.
• Comfort operating across multiple markets with varying regulatory requirements.
• PM II or Senior PM level: operate independently and drive cross-functional alignment.
