Senior Product Manager, Order Quality

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Order Quality within a fulfillment
• Drive product initiatives from early discovery and concept development through execution, launch
• Identify opportunities to improve item discovery, replacement workflows, and customer preference
• Develop experiences that support reliable fulfillment for customers and retailers while enabling
• Partner with design and user research teams to understand customer and shopper needs and translate
• Build a deep understanding of in-store retail and fulfillment experiences to inform product

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional product management experience, ideally involving operationally complex
• Demonstrated experience building and launching products end-to-end, from early concepts through
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, experimentation, and
• Highly data-literate, with the ability to use analytics and experimentation to identify
