• Own retention, product adoption, and expansion for active orgs
• Define growth roadmap and adoption blockers across Organization Experience
• Ensure measurable impact on retention and APV/ARR per Active Customer
• Turn product adoption into scalable, predictable retention growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS with retention/monetization
• Experience at Senior+ scope and influence
• Strong analytical skills with root-cause analysis for adoption/churn
• Proven ability to design and execute cross-functional growth initiatives
• Strong discovery background: customer interviews, behavior analysis, funnel analysis
• Fluent English (C1+) and collaboration with CS, GTM, PMM, and Product
