📋 Description

• Own retention and expansion across active organizations.
• Define growth roadmap for retention and monetization across OX.
• Lead cross-functional discovery and validate interventions before delivery.
• Drive cross-product adoption across Organization Experience capabilities.
• Define North Star metrics for retention, adoption, and monetization.
• Leverage AI/ML opportunities for segmentation and churn prediction.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, retention, monetization.
• Senior+ scope and influence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; root causes of churn/adoption.
• Proven ability to design and execute cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Strong discovery background: interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis.
• Fluent English (C1+).
