🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Product Management in B2B SaaS, retention/growth
• Strong analytical/problem-solving; root-cause analysis of adoption/churn
• Design/execute cross-functional growth initiatives
• Strong discovery: customer interviews, behavior, funnel analysis
• Experience with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, expansion
• Fluent English (C1+)
