🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS and retention
• Senior+ level of scope and influence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; root-cause diagnosis
• Proven ability to design and execute cross-functional growth initiatives
• Strong discovery background: customer interviews, behavioral and funnel analysis
• Experience with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion motions
