📋 Description

• Shape the payment strategy and roadmap for BlaBlaCar’s global engine.
• Lead product discovery for high-stakes payment features and local methods.
• Own payment performance, KPIs across 18 locales.
• Drive funnel optimization: end-to-end checkout and payout experiences.
• Navigate cross-functional stakeholder alignment (Finance, Legal, Care, Ops).
• Cultivate strategic PSP partnerships to stay ahead of fintech trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM in scale-up/tech; Fintech/Payments exp.
• Strong payments knowledge; emerging markets helpful.
• Problem-Solving: simplify constraints into scalable UX.
• Stakeholder Influence: cross-functional prioritization.
• Hands-On Operator: data-driven, KPI focus.
• Languages: English fluency required.
