Senior Product Manager, Plan to Code

📋 Description

• Define and drive product strategy for planning, code management, and AI assisted development.
• Shape spec driven workflows that move from requirements to code with AI agents.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to enable human in the loop workflows.
• Partner on demos and prototypes for near term spec driven planning and automation modes.
• Use customer insights and usage data to identify opportunities delivering customer value quickly.
• Balance fast delivery with long term product direction and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• PM experience in developer tools, DevOps, or AI native products.
• Deep understanding of the software lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Experience working with engineering teams with technical depth.
• Data driven approach to prioritize based on customer impact and market context.
• Experience using or building with AI tools, agents, or AI assisted workflows.
• Strong collaboration in all remote, asynchronous settings; bias toward action.
