Own Rec's platform layer end-to-end: payments, permissions, identity, APIs, analytics.
Build rock-solid, scalable systems with clear data models and API contracts.
Partner with enterprise customers to understand infrastructure and integration needs.
Design APIs and platform primitives for internal teams and external developers.
Identify where AI can augment the platform: fraud detection and reconciliation.
Translate complex tradeoffs into clear product decisions with good UX.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of PM, founder, or equivalent experience.
Strong communicator and relationship-builder across all levels.
Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
A Simplifier who distills thorny problems into elegant, high-impact solutions.
Proven executor; shipped features across multiple launches.
Curious about AI; already using AI tools in your workflow.
