📋 Description

• Execute Compass AI roadmap with the VP, turning strategy into deliverables.
• Identify AI use cases across advising, enrollment, and financial aid.
• Shape autonomous workflows and agent coordination within Compass.
• Surface findings and recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Lead structured discovery with institutional customers to validate ideas.
• Translate strategy into epics, user stories, and success criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management across cross-functional initiatives.
• Direct AI/ML product experience (LLMs, AI tools) in SaaS/enterprise.
• Proven ability to execute within a defined strategy.
• Experience in or near higher education, edtech, or student success (a plus).
• Hands-on AI workflow design, prompt engineering, and human-in-the-loop.
• Solid product operations: roadmaps, docs, stakeholder communication, Jira/Airtable/Asana/Confluence.
