Senior Product Manager - Platform, Policy, Approval and Inbox

📋 Description

• Own the platform's shared services portfolio: policy, workflow, inbox, and notifications.
• Define a vision for the platform's shared services aligned to goals.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Partner with internal teams to design easy-to-adopt shared services.
• Develop an auditable policy framework for the platform.
• Own workflow/approval roadmap for multi-step approvals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or Business preferred.
• 5+ years PM experience with platform services or shared capabilities.
• API-first, multi-tenant platform product management.
• Experience with policy engines, policy-as-code, workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with security/compliance and audit needs for enterprise workflows.
• Track record of bringing platform capabilities to market and adoption.
