Senior Product Manager – POS Restaurant

📋 Description

• Own the full product lifecycle—from discovery to launch and iterative improvement.
• Spend time with restaurant owners to understand workflows and pain points.
• Define strategy, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs for features.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable features fast.
• Drive roadmap with customer insights, market trends, and product analytics.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, onboarding, and support for adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling SaaS products.
• Strong experience building products for SMB or consumer-oriented users with usability focus.
• Exceptional product discovery, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into elegant, intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work hybrid from our Newark office three days per week.
