• Own the onboarding experience for Kraken Pro globally, end to end - from first landing through a
• Constantly assess the funnel: identify what's working, what's not, and drive continuous UX
• Deeply understand the Pro customer: who they are, what they need most in their first days, how to
• Live in the onboarding data - pinpoint the biggest friction points, where clients drop off, and the
• Design the experience to build trust at every step, guiding clients through onboarding with

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in onboarding, activation, or
• Sharp product sense for user experience - able to spot friction, simplify complex flows, and design
• Strong data fluency: comfortable defining success metrics, analyzing funnels, and turning data into
• Excellent written and verbal communication - able to bring stakeholders along with clear narratives
