Senior Product Manager & Product Owner (Games & Apps)

📋 Description

• Establish product vision for games, mobile apps, and enterprise projects.
• Prepare GDDs for games and PRDs for enterprise projects.
• Bridge Software, Design, QA; manage backlog and sprint planning.
• Analyze business processes and game mechanics into user stories and flow diagrams.
• Monitor market fit, manage deadlines, and motivate the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, Product Owner, or Analyst roles.
• At least 2-3 years in game/app production.
• Active involvement in Game Dev, from concept to market.
• Set game vision and write detailed docs in Confluence/Jira.
• Experience guiding teams with Agile and Scrum.
• Read and pivot products using game/mobile data metrics (Retention, ARPU, LTV).
